Patient Appointments & Qualifications:

Patient Appointments & QualificationsOur business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Patient Appointments --- Initial appointments and patient screenings are provided by LaGrange Personal Aid.  All potential patients should contact this organization at (706) 882-9291 for an interview.  All potential patients should have their latest check stub or proof of income and proof of residency along with a photo identification document with you at your appointment time.

Patient Qualifications--- All patients of the Troup Cares Free Clinic must meet the following qualifications.

  • Currently employed or employed within the last six months or receiving unemployment compensation.
  • Uninsured or has insurance that does not cover our services.
  • At or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
  • Troup County resident for at least six months.
  • A United States citizen, legal resident, or residing in the US with a valid visa or permit 19 years of age or older.
